Haku Terveyskampuksen tutkimusyhmien kummiohjelmaan on nyt auki
Terveyskampus Turku käynnistää tutkimusryhmille uuden kummiohjelman syksyllä 2021. Tutkimusryhmien tulee hakea kummiohjelmaan 10.6. mennessä.
Kummiohjelma on tarkoitettu kaikille Terveyskampuksen jäsenorganisaatioiden tutkimusryhmille, jotka haluavat saada asiantuntijatukea ja sparrausta toimintansa kehittämiseen. Tutkimusryhmä voi hakea kummiohjelmaan, jos kaipaa tukea esimerkiksi uudistumisessa, verkostoitumisessa, näkyvyyden ja viestinnän kehittämisessä tai yritysyhteistyön edistämisessä.
Tutkimusryhmä sitoutuu työskentelemään asettamiensa tavoitteiden eteen ja saa kummiohjelman kautta Terveyskampuksen asiantuntijoita tuekseen. Ohjelmaan valitaan hakemusten perusteella kaksi tutkimusryhmää. Kummeiksi nimetyt Terveyskampuksen asiantuntijat toimivat ohjelmaan valitun tutkimusryhmän kummeina vuoden ajan.
Hakuohje
- Kirjoita vapaamuotoinen motivaatiokirje (1–2 sivua). Esittele tutkimusryhmä napakasti. Kuvaa, miten tutkimusryhmän työ liittyy Terveyskampuksen toimintaan.
- Perustele, miten tutkimusryhmä hyötyisi Terveyskampuksen kummiohjelmasta.
- Kuvaa tutkimusryhmän kehittämistarpeita:
- Missä asioissa tutkimusryhmä tarvitsee tukea?
- Mikä on kummitoiminnan toivottu tulos?
- Esitä mahdollisimman konkreettisia asioita, joita haluatte kehittää.
- Esitä toive, miltä aloilta toivotte kummiryhmän jäseniä.

Mentorprogramme for the Health Campus Turku Research Groups
Health Campus Turku is launching a mentor programme for the research groups. The programme will start in autumn 2021 and it is directed to all the research groups in the Health Campus partner organisations, who feel that they would benefit from expert support and sparring in order to develop. The research group can apply for the mentor programme, if they need support in refreshing their ideas, in networking, in increasing their exposure, developing their communication skills or promoting cooperation with companies.
The research group will commit to work towards the jointly set goal sand will receive support from the Health Campus experts along the way. Two research groups will be chosen for the programme in this application round. The Health Campus mentors will offer their advice and support for the research group for one year starting from autumn 2021.
Instructions for applications
- Write an informal motivationletter (1-2 pages) with a compact presentation of your research group. Describe in your letter how the research group is connected to Health Campus Turku. Justify how the group would benefit from the Health Campus mentor programme.
- Describe the development needs for your research group:
- What are the specific development needs for your group?
- What are the desired outcomes from the mentor programme participation?
- Present concrete development goals
- Request mentors from specific fields that you would see most useful for your team
- Applications by 10.6.2021
